Terry Phillips Obituary

Terry Roslyn Phillips, 76, passed away on Monday January 22, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. Terry was born in Everett, WA July 31, 1947 in Everett, Washington to Raymond E Phillips and Louise A.(Sidler)Phillips. 

Terry was raised in Everett and graduated from Snohomish high school. He later returned to school  and received his BA from Seattle University. Terry proudly served his country in the US Navy and is a Viet Nam veteran. He spent the majority of his life working for Boing aerospace company as a Senior Electrical Engineer until, he retired in 2016.  

Terry loved life. He enjoyed diving, camping, and exploring new places. He loved spending time with his family. He was always willing to help others and found adventure in every new day. When asked how he was, his response would usually be “another day above ground”. 


He is preceded in death by His parents, Raymond L. Phillips – oldest full-blooded brother – born 1941 – passed 1942, Diane R Phillips – Sister born 1945, Charis L Phillips – Sister born 1946, Karen A Phillips – Sister born 1949, John Phillips – brother – born 1950 – passed 1950, Rosanne R Phillips – Sister born 1952 – passed 2023, Half brothers and Sister; Jack Phillips Madsen – deceased, Ray (Buzz) Phillips – deceased, Phyllis Phillips Koenig – deceased

Terry is survived by his wife of thirty one years Shauna Phillips, and two children Brittney Phillips, and Patrick Phillips. His three sisters : Diane, Charis, and Karen.
